Like many of you, we became frustrated shopping at our local supermarket when they failed to explain the origins of the meat and whether it was treated humanely without the use of hormones or antibiotics. We always returned home puzzled that quality meat was nearly inaccessible and sparsely available. With Ty’s experience as a sixth-generation Colorado rancher, we began raising and processing our own animals for our family. Still feeling the need to fill the void in the marketplace, we decided to open an online store to make premium meats available to everyone.
From here, 5280 Meat was born with our belief that superior quality meats should be available to everyone. We are happy to be able to share our finest meat products with you and always appreciate your interest and support for healthy, sustainable meats.
